Kindly make time to receive the rider and fit quickly into the shoes to be sure it fits perfectly before the rider leaves. b. If shoes do not fit, kindly alert SlayByYvie within our 24 hour period for an exchange or for a different size. c. Once the 24 hour period elapses, we wont be obliged to assist you d. For clients living outside Accra, we give up to 48 hours if delivery was sent via VIP/STC/OA or other speedy transport options. For clients using speedaf, we accept returns within 4 days. In both cases, if the problem with the shoe came from SlayByYvie, we will bear the delivery costs. However, if SlayByYvie delivered the right items with the specified sizes, colors and other specifications, the client will have to bear all delivery costs involved in the exchange.
